Star Diamond Decorative Pillow

• NCU57A STAR & DIAMOND. Beautiful handmade needlepoint pillow mad efrom 100% wool with a cotton velvet zippered back. Removable insert. This piece is based on needlepoint upholstery removed from a chair in the Colonial Williamsburg collection. The original upholstery on linen needlepoint canvas was made in England between 1760 and 1765. Alternating patterns of lozenges and stars were rendered in shades of blue, red, green, yellow, and brown wool crewel yarns and ivory silks.
