Refund policy

 

Returns

We accept return on products within 14 days after the product delivery. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact our Customer Support to authorize the return and to receive return instructions.

•             Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and 30% manufacturer's restocking fee applies on the returns.

* Please note that handmade designer items like pillows and figurines are produced per order and are not eligible for a refund.

** Please note that Closeout borders sales are final and are not eligible for a refund.

*** Products sent back without Return Authorization or Refused packages are not eligible for a refund.

 

Cancellations

If the order is cancelled per our policy, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped. 

Please note we are also unable cancel orders where Express shipping method was selected, since they get processed immediately.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
